1. What is IntelAfri’s Refund Policy?

At IntelAfri, we are committed to providing accurate and timely reports. Due to the nature of our digital services and third-party data access, all purchases are final and non-refundable once a search has been initiated.


However, if you believe there has been an error in processing your request, please contact us at admin@intelafrica.org within 48 hours of purchase. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, offer a credit or re-run the search at no additional cost.

2. How do I purchase and use credits?

You can purchase credit packages directly from our website. After logging into your account, go to the “Buy Credits” section, select a package, and complete the payment. Credits will be added to your profile and automatically deducted when you request a report.

3. What types of background checks do you offer?

IntelAfri offers a variety of checks including:

  • Identity verification

  • Criminal record checks

  • Qualification verification

  • Employment history

  • Credit bureau information

Please note that some checks are subject to client authorization and applicable legal requirements.

4. How long does it take to receive a report?

Most standard reports are delivered within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the complexity of the request and the availability of third-party data. Certain verifications (such as qualification or employment history) may take longer.

5. Is my data safe and secure with IntelAfri?

​

Absolutely. We follow strict data protection policies in line with POPIA and other privacy regulations. All data is encrypted and handled with the utmost confidentiality.

6. Can individuals use IntelAfri’s services, or is it just for companies?

​

Both individuals and companies are welcome to use our services. Whether you're screening a potential tenant, verifying your own records, or hiring for your business, we have a solution for you.

7. What happens if I run out of credits?

​

You will need to purchase additional credits to continue using our services. A notification will be sent if your credit balance is low.
